Inserting a TC5X Shim into a Cradle

Each cradle cup has a shim that can be inserted before inserting the device. Shims allow for devices without the rugged boot to charge in a cradle.
  1. To install the shim, insert the shim straight down into the cradle cup until it clicks in place.

  2. To remove the shim, pinch both sides in and pull up.
