Network lists control where VoLTE and VoNR can be enabled on public land mobile networks (PLMN).
The VolteConfig parameter controls whether to alter the current configuration to enable use of VoLTE and VoNR for communication over PLMN, when possible.
Supported on wireless wide area network (WWAN)-enabled devices only.
