Configuring Band Preferences on the Device

The Settings menu provides manual control of the cellular bands used by the device.
Ensure the following before configuring band preferences:
  • The device has WWAN capability enabled.
  • You know which frequency bands your cellular carrier supports.
The Band Preference Selection feature allows you to customize which cellular bands the device uses to optimize performance, improve power efficiency, and enhance security.
Zebra includes the on-device UI for band selection as a convenience. Future software releases may remove it. StageNow is the primary and fully supported method for enterprise configuration.

    Settings
    Network & internet
    SIMs
