VoLTE and VoNR JSON File Specification

A JSON file specifies the PLMN values where VoLTE and VoNR are enabled.
When option 1 is selected, a JSON file specifies which networks to enable VoLTE and VoNR on. The file contains lists of Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC) values.

MCC/MNC Format
Five- or six-digit MCC/MNC number, such as 310410. The MCC digits identify the country, and the MNC digits identify the network.
Minimum Entries
At least one MCC/MNC value per list to enable the feature.
Empty List Behavior
An unpopulated MCC/MNC list erases any previous settings and disables the feature. A device reboot is required after applying an empty list.
Adding an MCC/MNC value to this JSON list only configures the local device-side preference. It does not guarantee VoNR or VoLTE functionality.
VoNR and VoLTE require explicit platform-level validation and support for each specific carrier network and 5G network equipment manufacturer. These are not supported by default, even if the corresponding PLMN is added to the JSON configuration file.
