Verifying the Band Lock Configuration

The device Settings menu displays the band lock status.
The Band Lock Info field displays the status of the current band configuration.
  1. Navigate to
    Settings
    About phone
    Phone Information
    .
  2. Check the
    Band Lock Info
     field.
    The field displays the status of the band configuration. If no custom bands are set, it displays
    Bands Are Not Locked
    .
The device reports the current band lock status.
Band preferences are configured independently for each SIM card. Performing a factory data reset erases all custom band configurations and reverts the device to its original factory settings.
