Adding Orders

Adding Orders

Create customer requests by specifying fulfillment details, assigning personnel, and associating specific products with the order.
  1. On the
    Orders
    screen, click
    Add Order
    .
    The
    New Order
    screen displays.

  2. Enter the
    Order Information
    .
    1. Enter the
      Customer Name
      .
    2. Select the
      Status
      .
    3. (Optional) Select a
      Picker
      .
    4. (Optional) Select
      Targeted Pickers
      .
    5. Select
      Mark as High Priority
      if the order is high priority.
    6. Enter additional information in the
      Note
      field.
  3. Click
    Add Product
    .
    The
    Add Product to Order
    screen displays.
    The Add Product to Order dropdown screen.
    1. Select a product to enter.
    2. Enter the quantity.
    3. Enter additional information specific to the product in the
      Picking Note
      field.
    4. Click
      Add
      .
  4. Click
    Save Order
    .
    A confirmation window displays.
  5. Click
    OK
    .
