Role Display Preference

After logging in to the Profile Client, the user is presented with multiple roles, from which the user can select a single or multiple roles. The presentation of these roles depends on the preference chosen at the tenant-level configuration of the Profile Manager portal.
Role Appearance
Description
Role and Description
Both the role name and the description are displayed in Profile Client. This is the default value.
Role Only
Only the role name is displayed.
Description Only
The client logs out if the user does not interact with the Profile Client after 15 seconds when the power is connected.
