Adding Bootstraps

Adding Bootstraps

Before adding a token, add the bootstrap in the Provisioning Manager as follows:
  1. From the
    Navigation
     menu, select
    Tokens
    Bootstraps
    .
    In the right panel, the
    Bootstraps
     screen appears and allows you to add, edit, delete, sort, and search the information.
  2. Click the
    Add
     icon.
    The
    Add
     bootstrap dialog box appears.
  3. Enter the required information.
    • The bootstrap must contain valid JSON and include the parameters supported by the intended client. Currently supported clients are Zebra Voice, PTT Pro Android, and Profile Client.
    • PVM only validates a valid JSON format, not the parameters contained within.
    • The PTT Pro Android Client and the Profile Client support JSON-based configuration, but the Zebra Voice Client uses an XML file. Convert the XML to JSON before adding it to the bootstrap.
    • No new parameters are introduced using bootstraps. For information about parameters available for configuration, refer to the Zebra Voice PBX Administrator Guide and Profile Manager Administrator Guide.
  4. Click
    Add
     to add the bootstrap.
    The
    Bootstrap
     screen updates to display the added bootstraps.
    If the list does not reflect the updates, click
    Refresh
    .
