Zebra PTT Pro Android v3.3.10197 and later
Zebra PTT Pro iOS v1.0.11086 and later
Customers must manually populate the device ID into the ZebraPTT Pro device table.
The device ID is automatically populated in the Zebra PTT Pro table and automatically removed after a period of inactivity.
If a device is manually populated in a Zebra PTT Pro device table and then that device goes through automatic provisioning, the results can be unpredictable.
  1.  If the device ID manually populated is the same as the device ID being automatically provisioned and the site is the same, automatic provisioning succeeds.
  2. If the device ID manually populated is the same as the device ID being automatically provisioned, but it is registering to a different site, automatic provisioning fails. The device ID must be deleted manually from the incorrect site.
  3. the system does not recognize that these devices are identical, and both device IDs remain in the system. The manually populated device ID is not subject to automatic removal.
