Restoring the printer to default factory values can help if things are not working as expected.
The Load Defaults action can be initiated from the Tools menu. See Load Defaults in
Calibration, Diagnostic, and Other Tools
.
Use care when loading defaults because you will need to reload all settings that you changed manually, after the reset.
