Connecting to a Computer Using the Printer’s USB Port
After you install the drivers, remove the label that covers the USB port.
Connect the USB cord to the USB port on your printer.
Connect the other end of the USB cord to your computer.
Plug the A/C power cord into the A/C power connector on the back of the printer.
Plug the A/C power cord into an appropriate power outlet.
Turn on (

) the printer.
As the printer boots up, your computer completes the driver installation and recognizes your printer.
