Devices

To view, sort, obsolete, and search device information:
  1. From the
    Navigation
     menu, select
    System
    Devices
    .
    In the right panel, the
    Devices
     screen appears.

  2. Click the
    Refresh
     icon to refresh the list to include recently registered devices.
  3. To view license information about a device, select the device ID. Similar license information is displayed in the
    Assigned
     tab.
  4. To obsolete a device, select the device ID and click the
    Obsolete
      icon. The
    Active
     status of the device turns into
    Inactive
     status and the licenses are released.
    • If the customer uses the Extension Manager, devices must be obsoleted in the Extension Manager.
    • Obsoleting the device in the Extension Manager also obsoletes the same device from the Provisioning Manager.
    • Obsoleting the device in the Provisioning Manager does not obsolete the same device from the Extension Manager.
