Using a token with the site has no effect on earlier versions of WFC PTT Pro.
Customers must populate the device ID into the WFC PTT Pro device table manually.

Customers must populate the device ID into the WFC PTT Pro device table manually.
The device ID is automatically populated in the WFC PTT Pro table and automatically removed after a period of inactivity.
If a device is manually populated in a WFC PTT Pro device table and then that device goes through automatic provisioning, the results can be unpredictable.
  1.  If the device ID manually populated is the same as the device ID being automatically provisioned and the site is the same, automatic provisioning succeeds.
  2. If the device ID manually populated is the same as the device ID being automatically provisioned, but it is registering to a different site, automatic provisioning fails. The device ID must be deleted manually from the incorrect site.
  3. If the device ID manually populated is different from the device ID being automatically provisioned, the system does not recognize that these devices are the same, and both device IDs remain in the system. The manually populated device ID is not subject to automatic removal.
