Controlling Lock Screen Notifications

Control what level of notification detail can be seen when the device is locked.
  1. Go to
    Settings
    Notifications
    Notifications on lock screen
    .
  2. Select one of the following options:
    • Show conversations, default, and silent
       - Shows all notifications on the lock screen (default).
    • Hide silent conversations and notifications
       - Hides notifications that are marked as silent.
    • Don't show any notifications
       - Prevents all notifications from displaying on the lock screen.
  3. Additionally, use the
    Sensitive notifications
     toggle to prevent content from potentially sensitive notifications (like messages) from being shown on the lock screen when it's locked.
