Go to the Zebra Support & Downloads website at zebra.com/support and download the appropriate Factory Reset file to a host computer.
Copy the Factory Reset zip file to the root of the microSD card.
Copy the zip file to a microSD card using a host computer and then installing the microSD card into the device. Go to Getting Started for more information.
Connect the device with a microSD card already installed to the host computer, copy zip file to the microSD card, and then disconnect the device from the host computer.
Press and hold
Power
until the menu displays.
Touch
Restart
.
Press and hold
PTT
until the device vibrates.
The System Recovery screen displays.
Press
Volume Up
or
Volume Down
to navigate to
Apply upgrade from SD card
.
Press
Power
.
Use
Up Arrow
or
Down Arrow
to navigate to the Factory Reset file.
Press
Power
.
The Factory Reset occurs, and then the device returns to the Recovery screen.
