Performing a Factory Reset

A factory reset clears all custom settings and restores the device to its factory default settings.
  1. Tap
    Settings
    to navigate to the
    Device Settings
     section.
  2. Tap
    Other Device Settings.
  3. Tap
    Factory Reset.
  4. Tap
    Factory Reset.
  5. Review the message appearing in the confirmation dialog and tap
    OK
     to proceed or
    Cancel
     to abort the procedure.
