Device does not Turn On.
Battery not charged.
Charge or replace the battery in the device.
Battery not installed properly.
Ensure the battery is installed properly. Go to Installing the Battery.
Device does not pair.
Manual pairing requires the device to be turned off.
Turn off the device and try again.
Device already connected to another host device.
Clear the list of previously paired devices and then re-pair with the desired host device. Go toClear Pairing List.
Bluetooth is turned off on host device.
Turn on Bluetooth on the host device.
Not within range of Bluetooth.
Make sure you are within 12 inches of the hots device.
Incorrect device selected.
Select the proper device on your host device when pairing.
Unable to pair to a previously paired host device.
Go to the mobile device settings and clear the WS101 device from the host device list of saved devices.
NFC not turned on.
Turn on NFC on the host device.
Device does not charge.
The battery is not seated properly.
Re-insert into the charging slot.
Device displays no LED lights when charging.
Bad power cable connection.
Check the power cable connection to the charger.
PTT Pro Button is not transmitting audio.
Incorrect settings.
