Two of the most commonly used printer diagnostic items are the printer and network configuration labels. Analyzing the information on these labels can help you to troubleshoot potential issues.
To print these labels, do the following:
Turn off (O) the printer.
Press and hold
CANCEL
while turning on (I) the printer. Hold
CANCEL
until the first control panel light turns off.
