Adjusting the Printhead Pressure and the Toggle Position

The printhead pressure toggles can be adjusted to create more or less pressure, as needed. They can also be moved from side to side to adjust the pressure in certain areas.
You may need to adjust printhead pressure and the toggle position if one or more of these occur:
  • Printing is too light on one side.
  • Media or ribbon tend to slip.
  • Ribbon tends to wrinkle.
  • You use thick media.
  • Media drifts from side to side during printing.
