screens. You can use these screens to create and manage incoming and outgoing webhooks.
  • An incoming webhook allows external applications to send messages through ZEMS.
    You can select
    Base Webhook
    when creating an incoming webhook. A base webhook allows you to create a single webhook with multiple recipients. The recipients are identified using URL query strings.
  • An outgoing webhook provides a method to send ZEMS messages to external applications.
  • A Twilio connector creates a secure connection to a Twilio account.
  • An Infobip connector creates a secure connection to an Infobip account.
