Sending an Announcement to an IWG Endpoint
Sending an Announcement to an IWG Endpoint
Send an audio file or an announcement to an IWG endpoint. The announcement will appear as a missed call to recipients who are offline when it is sent.
The maximum length of an audio file is 20 seconds, and the maximum file size is 1MB.

to send an announcement from a third-party application.
Select an IWG endpoint.
Click the Audio icon (
)
Select an audio file in the
Send Audio Announcement
dialog.
Click
Close
. The audio file is processed and sent.
The announcement is sent as a PTT Pro call. The call ends after the announcement is received.
