Conversation Reporting

If you have super-admin privileges, you can download user messages (conversations) and PTT call history from the
Conversations
view in the
ZEMS Administrator Portal
. This data includes any attachments or media files attached to messages. The conversation data is provided in a CSV file.
The Download Conversations icon appears on the right toolbar, in the yellow circle in the following image.

When you click
Download Conversations
, select a date range for the report.
The Conversation screen removes inactive conversations after 30 days. Active conversations remain until they are inactive for 30 days.
Select a Date Range for the Report
Click the dates to select the start and end dates for the report data.
Click the link in the
Zems Conversation Report
dialog to download the report to your local system.
The Conversation report includes a large amount of data and requires time to process. When you click the download link, it takes a few minutes before the report downloads.
