The
Dashboard
provides an overview of message activity using charts and a line graph. It is the initial view of the portal when you log in.
Message Count
The top of the
Dashboard
provides a message count. This count includes the total number of sent messages since your customer account was created in ZEMS.

Circle Charts
Circle charts show the status of sent messages: The circle charts show:
New
Messages that have not been delivered or read and users have not been notified.
Notified
The intended recipient of the message has been notified.
Delivered
The recipient has downloaded the message.
Read
The recipient has read the message.
Circle Charts Display Message Status
The four charts add up to 100% because each message falls into one of these four states. Partial percentages, such as 0.5%, are not displayed.
Line Graph
The text message line graph shows the message distribution over the last 14 days.
