Create the Incoming ZEMS Webhook for Twilio

Create the incoming ZEMS webhook using the target type and target name. A URL is generated during the creation of the incoming ZEMS webhook This URL must be used when configuring the phone number in Twilio.
The incoming webhook for Twilio can specify a region, site, group, or user as a target. If the incoming webhook uses the base parameter, then the target must be a region or site. Refer to Types of Incoming Webhooks for more information about the base parameter.
To add an incoming ZEMS webhook, use one of the following methods:
  • Use the Incoming Webhooks view to create incoming webhooks targeted to a region, site, group, or user. See Creating an Incoming Webhook.
  • Use the Users view to create incoming webhooks targeted to an individual user. See the Users View.
  • Use the Groups view to create incoming webhooks targeted to a group. See the Groups View.
  • Use the Regions/Sites view to create incoming webhooks to sites or to regions that do not have sites or child regions. See the Regions/Sites View.
  • Use the ZEMS API Webhook.Incoming controller to create incoming webhooks targeted to a region, site, group, or user.
