Conversations

The
Conversation
view lists all of your users' conversations. A conversation can include messages, broadcast messages, and PTT calls. Messages and PTT calls get automatically deleted after 30 days. When a conversation has no remaining messages, it is removed.
The
Conversations
view is available to users with the Super-Admin role.
Conversation View

Choose the conversation type: All Conversations, Internal, External, or Broadcast.

Select a conversation to view the individual messages.
The search bar at the top of the messages helps you search text within a conversation.

The group icon displays the total number of message recipients.
Number of message recipients, including offline users.
The double-check mark displays the number of recipients who have downloaded the message.
Number of users to whom the message was delivered. This includes users who have read the message. (Total of Notified + Delievered + Opened + Read states)
A single check mark displays the number of users who have read the message.
Number of users who have read the message. (Total of Read + Opened states)
Select a message to view the message status for each recipient. You can also use the
User Login
and
Status
fields to filter by user or status.
