Creating a Twilio Connector

The
Twilio Connectors
 view enables you to create a connection to Twilio for receiving messages and responding to applications such as SMS and WhatsApp. You must have a Twilio account to enter details in the Add screen to create a Twilio connection.
  1. Click Click the + icon to add a Twilio connector to open the
    Add
     dialog.
    Enter the details from the Twilio account to create the connection to Twilio
  2. Enter a name for the connection in the
    Name
     field.
  3. Enter a description for the connection in the
    Description
     field. A description is required.
  4. Enter the SID from your Twilio account in the
    SID
     field. The SID is required.
    If you have multiple Twilio accounts, enter the SID for the account you want to use with ZEMS.
  5. Enter the token from your Twilio account into the Token field.
  6. Enter a default response in the
    Default Response
     field. A default response is required.
    The default response is returned when a message is sent through the Twilio connector.
