Resetting Your Administration Portal Password

You can reset a password by asking the site Super-Admin to reset the password, or you can use the
Forgot password
 link on the portal
Log in
 screen.
A portal password must be from 8 to 40 characters long and include one number, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one of the following special characters:

  1. Navigate to the portal
    Log in
     screen.
  2. Click the
    Forgot password
     link.
    Reset your password for a WFC portal
  3. Enter your email address in the
    Email
     field and click
    Submit
    .
  4. Check your email for a message with a link to reset your password.
