Create the Incoming ZEMS Webhook for Infobip

Configure an Infobip number with the incoming ZEMS webhook. Use an incoming webhook with a base parameter so that you can use the same incoming webhook for multiple numbers from the same Infobip account. The webhook can target one or more groups and users by using URL query parameters.
The incoming webhook for Infobip can specify a region, site, group, or user as a target. If the incoming webhook uses the base parameter, then the target must be a region or site. Refer to Types of Incoming Webhooks for more information about the base parameter.
To add an incoming ZEMS webhook, use one of the following methods:
  • Use the Incoming Webhooks view to create incoming webhooks targeted to a region, site, group, or user. See Creating an Incoming Webhook.
  • Use the Users view to create incoming webhooks targeted to an individual user. See the Users View.
  • Use the Groups view to create incoming webhooks targeted to a group. See the Groups View.
  • Use the Regions/Sites view to create incoming webhooks to sites or to regions that do not have sites or child regions. See the Regions/Sites View.
  • Use the ZEMS API Webhook.Incoming controller to create incoming webhooks targeted to a region, site, group, or user.
