ZEMS to Teams Communication

Configuring communication between ZEMS and Teams requires two steps. First create an incoming webhook in Teams and then create an outgoing webhook in ZEMS.
The steps to configure communication between ZEMS and Teams must be performed in this order:
  1. Create an incoming Teams webhook. A Teams webhook URL is generated when you configure the incoming Teams webhook. The incoming Teams webhook is defined on a channel and is only valid for that channel.
  2. Create an outgoing ZEMS webhook that uses the incoming Teams webhook URL.
