Broadcast messaging provides communication across regions, where a region is a collection of sites (PTT Pro departments). After you define regions and assign sites, you can assign managers to regions. Managers are PTT Pro users with elevated privileges in ZEMS. Managers can send broadcast messages to their regions, sites, and groups.
Regions include the following properties:
A region can contain one or more regions.
Managers can be associated with one or more regions.
