ZEMS uses the users, groups, and sites (departments) defined in the
PTT Pro Server
, eliminating the need to configure this information in ZEMS. ZEMS synchronizes data with the
PTT Pro Server
every 24 hours.
ZEMS Synchronization with PTT Pro

New user is configured to use ZEMS.
Department (sites), group, contacts, and message history are synchronized.
Daily sync with PTT Pro
All customer departments (sites), groups, and users are synchronized.
A user with super-admin privileges can synchronize data with the
PTT Pro Server

Group Synchronization with the ZEMS Web Client
If the group membership for a user is modified in the
PTT Pro Server
, the
ZEMS Web Client
does not reflect this change until the next daily sync unless the user is also logged into the
PTT Pro for Android
