Setting Wake-Up Sources

By default, the device wakes from Sleep mode when the user presses
Volume Down
 or
Volume Up
.
By default, the device wakes from suspend mode with the following:
  • Volume down button.
  • Volume up button.
  1. Go to
    Settings
    .
  2. Touch
    Wake-Up Sources
    .
    • VOLUME_DOWN
       - Programmable button on the side of the device.
    • VOLUME_UP
       - Programmable button on the side of the device.
  3. Touch a checkbox.
    A check appears in the checkbox. The button is a wake-up source.
