, when used together with the Device Migrator utility, allows you to add a specified list of RFID readers to
Resonate
for management. You specify the required list using a spreadsheet file.
This is a two-part process:
Use Device Migrator to add site and reader information into
Resonate
. The utility takes as input a standard XLSX spreadsheet file that lists your readers with the required information, including their site name. The spreadsheet must include the column headers detailed in the Additional Information subsection of Device Migration Utility. There must be a record (row) for each reader with this information. If the reader's site already exists in
Resonate
, specify only the site's name; otherwise, specify both the site's name and its full address.
Use
Resonate Device Initializer
with the
--no-ws
option to load Resonate Agent onto each reader, securely connect the readers to
Resonate
, and then transfer control to the agent.
