Insert the device (without a rugged boot) into the charging slot of the cradle to begin charging.
Remove the charging cradle shim if the device has a rugged boot installed and then insert the device into the cradle. Watch the video: Removing the Cradle Shim.
Ensure the device is seated properly.
Insert the battery into the spare battery charging slot.
