Condition

The battery has a detected fault condition.

Cause: Battery Failure

The battery has reached its usable life or has a general component failure.

Cause: Battery is too hot or too cold

Remedy: Test and Replace the Battery, if necessary.

Internal Printer Support - Operator Action
  1. Remove the battery from the printer and check the charge status by charging the battery.
  2. Let the battery cool down or warm up to ambient temperature and recheck the battery charge.
  3. Insert a new fully-charged battery into the printer and safely dispose of the battery per locale requirements.
