Condition
A non-continuous label format with matching label media loaded in the printer was sent to the printer but prints like it is continuous roll media.
Cause
The printer is configured for continuous media.
Remedy
Internal Printer Support
Set the printer for the correct media type (gap/notch, continuous, or mark).
For printers with a display, see
>Print > Print Quality > Label Type
to set label type (for sensing).
Calibrate the printer using
Run a SmartCal Media Calibration
.
If necessary use
Manual Media Calibration Mode
for hard-to-calibrate media types.
