The steps to configure communication between ZEMS and Teams must be performed in this order:
Create an incoming ZEMS webhook. A ZEMS webhook URL is generated when the configuration of the incoming ZEMS webhook is complete.
Create an outgoing Teams webhook that uses the ZEMS webhook URL. The outgoing Teams webhook is configured for a Team and is valid for all channels within that Team.
