Creating the Outgoing Teams Webhook
Create an outgoing webhook in Microsoft Teams and connect it to your incoming ZEMS webhook.
Open Teams and click on the ellipses next to the team you want to connect to ZEMS.
Select
Manage Team
.
Select the
Apps
tab and click on
Create an outgoing webhook
.
Enter a name for the outgoing webhook in the
Name
field. Enter the URL created by ZEMS when you created the incoming webhook in the
Callback URL
field.
The Teams to ZEMS communication is complete. To send a message from Teams to ZEMS, type
@
, and a list of outgoing webhooks appears.
