Create the Outgoing ZEMS Webhook

Create the outgoing ZEMS webhook using the target name, the Teams incoming webhook URL, and the message body template.
Use one of these methods to add an outgoing ZEMS webhook:
  • Use the Outgoing Webhooks view to create an outgoing webhook that originates from regions or sites. See Creating an Outgoing Webhook.
  • Use the Regions/Sites view to create an outgoing webhook that originates from a site or region that does not have any sites or child regions. See Regions/Sites View.
  • Use the ZEMS API Webhook.Outgoing controller to create outgoing webhooks from regions or sites.
After you create the outgoing ZEMS webhook the ZEMS to Teams communication channel is complete. To send a message from ZEMS to Teams, select a contact, then type @ and a popup list of outgoing webhooks appears. Refer to the
Zebra Enterprise Messaging Service Client User Guide
for information about sending messages through a webhook.
