Conversation Filters

You can filter conversations to restrict the types of conversations displayed in the
Conversation
view and the messages displayed within a conversation. The filters can be used in combination. Applied filters also affect the conversations exported in a Conversations report.
All Conversations
Filters conversations by All Conversations, Internal (ZEMS messages), External, and Broadcast. The default filter, All Conversations, includes all message types.
Message
Filters the messages within a conversation to include both Messages and PTT calls, only Messages, or only PTT calls. The default filter displays Messages.
Applying the filter to view PTT calls can require up to 30 seconds to update because of the size of the PTT call data.
If a filtered conversation contains a single message or PTT call, and that message or PTT call was removed, the conversation appears in the list but cannot be opened.
Select the Conversation Type for the Conversation View
 menu to select the conversation types displayed in the Conversation View
Select the Message Type for Conversations
 for selecting the message type that is displayed within conversations.
