Twilio and ZEMS Communication

Configuring communication between Twilio and ZEMS involves three steps: creating the Twilio connector, creating an incoming ZEMS webhook, and configuring Twilio with the incoming webhook.
The steps to create communication between Twilio and ZEMS must be completed as follows:
  1. Create the Twilio Connector as described in Creating a Twilio Connector.
  2. Create an incoming ZEMS webhook. A ZEMS webhook URL is generated when the configuration of the incoming ZEMS webhook is complete.
  3. Configure the messaging option for the Twilio phone numbers with the incoming ZEMS webhook URL.
