Connecting to the Multi-Feature Integrated Light

Connect to the Multi-Feature Integrated Light using Aurora Focus.
The Standard model of the Multi-Feature Integrated Light does not support a laser aimer or beeper.
  1. Select the scanner from the
    View Devices
    screen in Aurora Focus.
  2. Navigate to the
    General
    tab and click the
    Enable Multi-Feature Integrated Light
    checkbox.

    1. Select the model from the drop-down menu based on your configuration.
    2. Click the
      Enable 360 LED Status Indicators
      checkbox to receive feedback from the light upon a successful read.
    3. Click
      Hold Until the Next Trigger
      to keep the status LED illuminated (green or red) until the next job result is sent.
    4. Configure the
      Number of Flashes
      and the
      Time per Flash (ms)
      from the dropdown menu to determine the frequency and duration of the flashes.
  3. Go to
    GPIO Mapping
    in
    Device Settings
    to configure the Pass/Fail output types.
    OUT1 and OUT2 on the FS80 are reserved for the Multi-Feature Integrated Light. The light's output GPIO is configurable for Pass/Fail Output, making OUT2 on the device available for other uses.

  4. Click configure icon to configure output settings, such as
    Pulse Width
    or
    Output Delay
    , directly on the Multi-Feature Integrated Light.
