Installing and Removing the Shim

Install a cradle cup shim to allow devices without a rugged boot to charge securely in a cradle, or remove the shim to accommodate devices with a rugged boot.
  1. To install the shim, insert the shim straight down into the cradle cup until it clicks in place.

  2. To remove the shim, pinch both sides in and pull up.
