When printing with an attached battery base and battery, the printer is powered solely by the battery. Keep the battery charged using this procedure. Your print operation may be interrupted if battery charge is used up and the printer automatically turns off.
Press
Battery Control
to wake up the battery and check if the battery has charge. If the printer has not yet been turned on, the battery goes into sleep mode after 60 seconds.
Turn printer power ON.
Use the printer as you normally would.
Check the battery charge status at routine intervals by pressing
Battery Control
.
Change the battery or charge it when the last battery charge level indicator flashes.
