VESA-compliant Mounting Inserts
M4 threaded inserts - 100 mm (3.94 in.) and 75 mm (2.95 in.) squares.

USB-C Port
Accepts power if the source device is insufficient to power the device.

USB-C Display Port
Accepts power and display information.
Cable requirements:
  • USB 3.1 GEN 1 super speed data transmission.
  • Less than 2 meters in length.
  • Signal lines including SBU1, SBU2, CC1 and CC2.
  • The combined four pins of VBus and GND are capable of carrying a minimum of 2 A of current.
The Zebra cable CBL-EC5X-USBC3A-01 is recommended for use with the ZEC500.1

Power LED
Displays device power status.

Power Button
Turns display on and off.

Brightness Control Buttons
Increases and decreases screen brightness.

Touch Screen
Displays input from the host device and accepts touch input.
1 Other cables, such as Zebra TC2X/TC52/TN28 cables, do not have the necessary superspeed or other signal lines needed for the ZEC500 to function with the TD50 secondary monitor.
