Configure the results port on each follower device regardless of the trigger mode to ensure that results from follower devices send to the GS20 Leader Module.
In Zebra Aurora Focus, navigate to the
Communication
pane and configure the
Results
section as follows:
Connection Type: client
IP Address: enter the IP address of the GS20 (optional)
Results Port Number: must match the GS20 follower setup
Results Terminator: CR+LF
Timeout: set the desired timeout.
This timeout determines the delay of the results sent to the GS20 Leader Module. Calibrate the timeout setting as needed based on the use case. Do not implement long timeouts.
Click
Apply
in TCP/IP settings to ensure that the changes are applied.
