Ensure that the scanner is in HID mode. Refer to the Refer to the scanner Product Reference Guide and scan the
USB HID Keyboard
barcode or perform a factory reset.
Connect the scanner cable USB connector to the USB port of the device or to the Vehicle Dock.
Open an application and scan a barcode.
The barcode data displays in the text field.
