Replacing the SIM Card

When replacing the SIM card, follow the shutdown instructions to ensure that the data is not corrupted.

To replace the SIM card:

Press the Power button until the menu appears.

Power off

Press the two battery latches in.

Lift the battery from the device.

Lift the access door.

Remove the SIM card from the holder.

Insert the replacement SIM card.

Access door must be replaced and securely seated to ensure proper device sealing.

Replace the access door.

Insert the battery, bottom first, into the battery compartment in the back of the device.

Press the battery down until the battery release latches snap into place.

Press and hold the Power button to turn on the device.
