Changing the Default Password When Reader LLRP is Available

If the Low Level Reader Protocol (LLRP) is available and the reader is connected to the 123RFID Desktop application, the change password windows will be accessible under any Reader Management (RM) functionality's User Interface (UI) tab.
  1. Connect the reader to the 123RFID Desktop application.
  2. Navigate to any RM functionality UI tab, such as the Region, Communication, License, and Applications.
  3. Log into the RM, enter the default password, and click
    Login
    .

  4. After logging in, the change password window displays.

  5. Enter the old password, the new password, the confirm password, and click
    Update
    .
