The battery is not charging.
The device was removed from the cradle too soon.
Replace the device in the cradle. The battery charges fully in approximately four hours.
The battery is faulty.
Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so, replace the faulty battery.
The device is not inserted correctly in the cradle.
Remove the device and reinsert it correctly. Check the charging indicator LED to confirm that charging is active.
The ambient temperature of the cradle is too warm.
Move the cradle to an area where the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 40°C (32°F and 104°F).
